There is no comparison between rapidaddresschange and the post office service. I shifted apartments around Christmas and the post office basically told me to come after new year because of the holidays. This meant that a majority of my bills wouldn't get delivered to me to my new address which is obviously a big problem. I was googling for an alternate solution when I came to know about this site. These guys went out of their way and helped me out with the address change process. These guys were the real Santas that day!

Tough to take any of these mindless robots seriously at the postal office. They kept me waiting in the line for nearly FOUR HOURS. Yes 4 hours!! Just to tell me that they can't process my address change request for weeks because of the backlog they have. Thank god for rapidaddresschange, else I don't know what would have I done.

Considering that the alternative is dealing with Postal office (we all know how government offices can be), this was like a god send. Hassle free form which got completed in literally less than 2 minutes! It takes me more time to boil water than it did to change my address through these guys. 5/5 couldn't expect any better service than this.

Great, knowledgeable employees. Excellent customer service. I accidentally typed in the wrong address while filling out the form, when i informed this to the customer service they helped me rectify the issue within minutes.
